Every report starts with a desktop property review to get a preliminary overview of the site. From there, we carry out site investigations and assessments specific to your property. Depending on the site, these may include numerical slope stability analyses, a liquefaction assessment, expansive soils determination, and a seismic subsoil classification. Following these assessments, we provide recommendations for foundations, retaining walls, effluent disposal reports, and stormwater.
